Class Requirements

If you do not have one, you can enroll in a CPR class at the time of your online EMT Course registration for an additional $60.

Refund Policy
as of January 2021
Students are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25 (EMT) or $50 (AEMT) administrative fee, if registration is cancelled within two weeks after the start of the course.
EMT Classes
What is an EMT?
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) course trains students to save in a wide variety of emergency situations. The EMT course allows providers to serve on ambulances and is also a prerequisite to many professional firefighting jobs and paramedic programs. When
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from June 1st through August 25th.
Monday and Tuesday lectures will be from 6:30p-10p for all students.
Wednesdays: Students will need to sign up for either a 4:00p-7:00p lab section, or a 7:00p-10:0p lab section.
The New Hampshire Scope of Practice Module will be included in the class.
Where
This class may be held outside of UNH's Durham campus based on current Covid-19 guidance.
Tuition
$1000 EMT (without CPR). $250 deposit is due at time of registration. Remainder due by June 30th.
Note: Books, testing and certification fees are NOT included. You must also have a professional CPR certification to complete the course. You can obtain this yourself, or take our course. All of our EMT Basic classes include the required NH Transition Modules.

CPR will be offered for those who need it. The New Hampshire Scope of Practice Module is built into the course.
