You are eligible to receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee, up to two weeks after the start of the course.
Clinical Requirements
Each hospital has their own specific requirements, but students should expect to need the following vaccinations at a minimum;

Advanced EMT
Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians provide the the first line of Advanced Life Support providers. They are trained in advanced physical assessments, minor cardiac dysrhythmias, intravenous therapy, and advanced IV drug administration. The Advanced EMT, in the absence of a Paramedic, is the highest trained medical provider in the the prehospital setting. They have over 200 hours of combined clinical and didactic education to provide them with a solid ALS background for treating patients with advanced life threats. They are trained in many advanced airway procedures to aid the distressed respiratory patient. They are a crucial member of the EMS hierarchy.

When
Class will run from the end of January until mid-April. It will be three days a week; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. There will be no class the week of UNH's spring break.
The New Hampshire Scope of Practice Module will be integrated into the class.

Current - Valid EMT Certification
Current - Valid Basic Life Support Provider CPR Certification

Tuition
$1,500
Tuition includes: Instruction, required textbook, online course platform access, background checks and drug screening required for clinical placement.
Not included: National exam fees. You must also have a professional CPR certification to complete the course. You can obtain this yourself, or take our course. Course cost does not include cost of updating required vaccinations, physical exam, or TB tests required for clinical placement.
